- This build is the largest development in the history of Habitat Manitoba consisting of 11 blocks of five townhouses each, for a total of 55 new homes!
- What may be equally impressive is that these homes will be exceptionally energy efficient and will emit no carbon once construction is complete!
- The all in energy costs will on average be approximately $100 per month per family.
- Families will now have that additional income to spend on necessities like food and medicine.
- When coupled with an affordable mortgage, the reduced energy costs will provide an opportunity for families to save for their future!
