Charity Feature: Christmas Cheer Board
- The Christmas Cheer Board provides about 17,500 Christmas hampers annually
- Hamper recipients come from all areas of Winnipeg and reflect diverse social and economic backgrounds
- Families, individuals, community groups, and businesses raise funds, donate food, toys, money, and time
- Without the support from Winnipeggers, the Cheer Board could not meet the needs of Winnipeg families over the holiday season
- More than half of the food and toys are donated by individuals and companies, with the rest being purchased with donated funds
- Approximately 5,000 community helpers each year make it possible for the Christmas Cheer Board to operate

$100,000 Donation to Cystic Fibrosis Manitoba
- Manitoba will be joining the rest of the Canadian Provinces in funding Trifekta, a life-changing drug for those living with Cystic Fibrosis
- Cystic Fibrosis affects approximately 4344 Canadians, and 128 Winnipeggers
- Despite great progress, half of Canadians with CF don’t make it past the age of 34
- Winnipeg Kinsmen is honoured to help Winnipeggers currently living with CF improve their quality of life by helping the funding of Trifekta
- Kin-CF, a proud national partner of Cystic Fibrosis Canada, has raised $50 million since 1964

Big Brothers Big Sisters Winnipeg donation follow-up
- Kinsmen Club of Winnipeg has been a long time supporter of the Big Buddy mentorship program at Big Brothers Big Sisters Winnipeg
- Big Buddy is a mentoring preparation program for youth on their waiting list
- This program offers agency planned and supervised group activities twice per month.
- Fully enrolled volunteers bring youth to events such as horseback riding, rock climbing, paint nights, visits to museums, crochet lessons, pottery, mask-making, skating and so much more!
- Winnipeg Kinsmen, with the help of all you Kinsmen Jackpot Bingo players, were able to provide this program to many children
- Remember, when you play bingo, you’re helping us give back to the community, all while having fun!
Winning numbers for this game will be posted online following the broadcast. You have until Monday 11:59 a.m. to check your numbers and call in your potential winning card. The online posting will be unofficial, and if there are any mistakes the original broadcast will be the only official source of numbers.
Cards are $5 for a 6 play area card.
Jackpot starts at $20,000 and grows each week by $1 per card sold
